Every project gets a written scope and a fixed price before we start. These ranges show what similar builds have cost so you can plan. All prices AUD, excluding GST.

A 30-minute call, then a short written scope listing exactly what the tool will do and a fixed price. No hourly rates, no surprises.
Step 2
See it working — free
We build a working prototype of the core feature and demonstrate it. If it doesn't do what we agreed, you walk away and owe nothing.
Step 3
Pay, we finish, you own it
Once you're happy, you pay and we complete the build, hand it over and train your team. Support, hosting and updates are available monthly if you want them.

Questions
About pricing and payment
Why ranges instead of exact prices?
Because two 'quote generators' can be very different sizes. The range tells you what similar builds have cost; the scoping call turns it into a fixed number for yours.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No — all figures exclude GST.
When do we pay?
After you've seen the working prototype and are happy with it. For larger builds we split into stages, each with its own prototype and payment.
What do the monthly plans cover?
Hosting in Australia, backups, monitoring, security updates and a support contact for questions and small changes. They're optional for tools you can host yourself and required for anything we run for you, such as an AI receptionist.
Can we cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. You keep the tool; we hand over the hosting or the code.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger builds, staged payments are standard. Ask us.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. On completion the code, design and data are yours. You're never locked in.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Usually. We connect to Xero, MYOB, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, most CRMs, calendars, SMS and payment gateways. If something is hard to connect to, we'll say so upfront and suggest a workaround.
Is our data safe? Where is it stored?
Data is stored in an Australian (Sydney) data centre, encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups and role-based access. Your data is never used to train AI models.
